We are building a massive, next\-generation Multi\-Tenant SaaS Spatio\-Temporal Operating System. This is an "Operating System for Physical Reality"—a unified, real\-time dispatch state machine that coordinates the physics of moving objects, whether that object is a food order, a freight truck, a taxi, or an emergency ambulance.
Our core infrastructure is a decoupled, ultra\-low latency system hosted on our own high\-density, bare\-metal Dell PowerEdge R660xs servers running a local K3s cluster. The heavy\-lifting transport physics are handled by a concurrent Golang meta\-kernel, while the **Python layer serves as the intellectual engine of the entire platform**—powering our real\-time algorithmic heuristics, unstructured data routing, telecommunications routing matrices, and conversational AI voice dispatch systems.
- *The Role \& Key Responsibilities**
- **Build the Heuristic Brain:** Architect and maintain the asynchronous backend engine responsible for computing real\-time valuation, dynamic surge pricing models, and spatial intercept algorithms.
- **Ingest High\-Frequency Telemetry:** Design high\-throughput, non\-blocking asynchronous data pipelines using asyncio and gRPC streaming to consume, sanitize, and process high\-frequency location streams forwarded by the Go kernel.
- **Master the Unstructured Data Plane:** Design the schema validation and document routing pipelines using **MongoDB** to elegantly process completely distinct payload structures across 20\+ verticals (e.g., matching a restaurant food cart structure versus a medical prescription or a trucking freight manifest).
- **Pioneer Telecom \& AI Voice Agents:** Drive the engineering of our conversational AI dispatch module. You will orchestrate the integration of real\-time telecom routing protocols (SIP/VoIP/Twilio) with machine learning pipelines (OpenAI Whisper, local LLM inference engines, and NLP parsers) to automatically translate live voice calls into structured dispatch tasks.
- **Lead with Guardrails:** You will guide and mentor a team of two junior Python developers. Your job isn't to micro\-manage their code, but to design strict architectural sandboxes, automated testing rules, and Pydantic validation boundaries so they can autonomously ship vertical business logic safely without slowing down the core event loop.
- *Technical Requirements (Must\-Haves)**
- **Experience:** Minimum 9\+ years of professional backend software engineering experience, with at least 7\+ years of dedicated, production\-grade mastery of **Python**.
- **Asyncio \& Framework Mastery:** Deep expertise in writing non\-blocking, highly concurrent Python utilizing asyncio, FastAPI, or advanced task queue systems. You must know how to diagnose and prevent event\-loop lag under massive traffic loads.
- **Algorithmic Data Engineering:** Strong background in writing high\-performance, vectorized code using tools like NumPy or Pandas, alongside geospatial manipulation libraries (e.g., Shapely, Fiona, GeoPandas, or H3 bindings).
- **Contract\-Driven Development:** Solid experience with Protocol Buffers (Protobuf), gRPC network routing, and strict structural data validation engines (Pydantic).
- **NoSQL Database Management:** Proven experience designing high\-scale MongoDB schemas, aggregation pipelines, and indexing patterns for highly dynamic, multi\-tenant datasets.
