The Account Executive will manage comprehensive accounting functions using Tally. Core duties include recording all financial activities such as sales, purchases, and expenses through journal entries, and maintaining ledgers, cash books, and trial balances. A significant portion of the role is dedicated to GST compliance, which involves preparing and filing returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), performing GSTR-2B reconciliations, and handling any departmental notices. The position also handles Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance, including deducting TDS as per regulations, filing quarterly returns (Forms 24Q, 26Q, 27Q), generating Form 16/16A, and ensuring timely payments. Regular Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) must be prepared, and any discrepancies with bank statements investigated and resolved.
