Job Summary

We are looking for a detail\-oriented **Accountant** with 1–2 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The candidate will be responsible for day\-to\-day accounting activities, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day\-to\-day accounting and finance activities.
• Prepare and maintain accounting records, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Perform **bank, ledger, and account reconciliations**.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and maintain MIS and financial reports.
• Assist in month\-end and year\-end closing activities.
• Support GST/TDS\-related accounting and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting\-related queries and documentation.
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Perform any other accounting and finance\-related activities as required.

Requirements

• **B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification**.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Good knowledge of **MS Excel**; experience with any ERP will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of **GST, TDS, AP/AR, and reconciliations**.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Candidates residing in or comfortable travelling to **Central Mumbai** will be preferred.

• *Candidates with KPO/BPO finance \& accounting experience will be an added advantage.**

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
