Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Head to manage end\-to\-end finance operations for a leading electronics manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, profitability, manufacturing costing, working capital, compliance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage P\&L, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting.
• Monitor product costing, BOM costing, inventory and manufacturing costs.
• Analyse customer\-wise and product\-wise profitability.
• Drive working capital, receivables, payables and cash\-flow optimisation.
• Ensure GST, TDS, statutory compliance, audits and internal controls.
• Develop MIS dashboards and financial performance reports.
• Partner with management on pricing, cost reduction and business decisions.
• Lead finance and accounts teams and improve ERP processes.

Candidate Requirements

• 12–18 years of experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of plant finance, product costing, inventory and working capital.
• Experience in electronics, EMS or high\-volume manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong leadership, analytical and commercial decision\-making skills.
