• *Job Description:**

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented Accounts Trainee / Executive to join our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in accounting and compliance while gaining hands\-on industry experience under experienced professionals. • *Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain books of accounts and day\-to\-day accounting entries
• Work on Tally for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance tasks
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Support audits and documentation work

• *Eligibility Criteria:**

• B.Com / B.Com (Hons.)
• BBA (Finance)
• M.Com / MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance)

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum 1 year of experience, in e\-way billings, TDS, GST
• Good knowledge of Tally and Advanced Excel
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and compliance
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and organizational skills
