Account Executive

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain accurate books of accounts using **Tally Prime**
• Process monthly payroll based on HR inputs
• Handle **TDS calculations, deductions, and timely payments**
• Ensure accurate **Professional Tax (PT)** compliance
• Assist in **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures**
• Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries using **Excel**
• Perform **bank reconciliations** and maintain vendor ledgers
• Coordinate with auditors for **internal, statutory, and tax audits**
• Support in the **finalization of financial statements**

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 6 months \- 1 year of experience in a **CA Firm**
• Proficiency in **Tally ERP Prime** and **Microsoft Excel**
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting/Finance
• *(M.Com or Semi\-qualified CA preferred)*
• Strong knowledge of **TDS, GST, PT, and Indian taxation**
• Good understanding of **payroll processing and accounting entries**
• Ability to assist in **finalization of accounts**
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
