DigiXpressions is a leading digital marketing agency dedicated to providing top\-notch services to our clients. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Influencer Executive to join our dynamic team and drive our online presence to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and creator agencies.
• Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to completion.
• Coordinate with clients to understand campaign objectives, target audience, timelines, and deliverables.
• Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, and campaign timelines with influencers.
• Prepare campaign proposals, influencer shortlists, and budget estimates.
• Track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations.
• Ensure influencers deliver content as per brand guidelines and campaign timelines.
• Coordinate with internal creative, content, design, and social media teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging creators.
• Maintain an updated influencer database and campaign documentation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Client Servicing, or Digital Marketing.
• Freshers with relevant internships or certifications in influencer marketing may also be considered.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media platforms.
• Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging creator platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
