Account Executive

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and analytical Accounts Executive to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, financial records, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in Tally, Advanced Excel, and preparation of department\-wise Profit \& Loss statements.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Record, verify, and track daily company expenses with proper documentation.
• Assist in budget planning, expense monitoring, and cost control activities.
• Maintain and update financial records, accounting ledgers, and journal entries.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
• Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer payment follow\-ups.
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation on a regular basis.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions.
• Manage petty cash and monitor day\-to\-day financial activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for billing, payment approvals, and expense verification.
• Prepare department\-wise Profit \& Loss (P\&L) statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting requirements.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• B.Com or M.Com degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS reporting, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience in preparing department\-wise P\&L statements.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month

Work Location: In person
