Account Executive

Job Title**:Accountant**

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and motivated Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and bookkeeping practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate record\-keeping.
• Assist during internal and external audits.
• Monitor expenses and verify supporting documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP, Tally Prime.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GST filing and TDS compliance.
• Knowledge of payroll processing.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
