We are hiring **Account Executive** for one of our esteemed clients in the Trading \& Manufacturing industry, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

• **Working Days:** 6 days a week (2nd Saturday – half day)

• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage accounting operations, taxation activities, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with Tally ERP 9, GST, and TDS, and be capable of efficiently handling day\-to\-day accounting responsibilities.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP 9\.
• Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
• Manage GST calculations, returns, and compliance.
• Handle TDS calculation, deductions, and filing\-related activities.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and accounting records.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounting\-related queries.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Tally ERP 9\.
• Good understanding of GST and TDS processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills.

• *Preferred Candidate Profile:**

• Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Solution\-based industries will be an advantage.
• Immediate joiners and local candidates will be given preference.
