We are hiring **Back Office Executive** for one of our esteemed clients in the Trading \& Manufacturing industry, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

• **Office Hours:** 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• **Working Days:** 6 days a week (2nd Saturday – half day)
• **Company Type:** Service and Product\-based
• **Location:** Sola, Ahmedabad

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for an efficient and organized **Back Office Executive** to handle backend operations, Quotations, Reports, and Administrative tasks. The candidate should have hands\-on experience with MS Office, and Quotation Preparation and IndiaMart.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle **IndiaMART inquiries**.
• Prepare and share quotations as per customer requirements.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports and MIS.
• Manage data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments for smooth operations.
• Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Office tools.
• Maintain customer databases and follow up on pending requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the team.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• Minimum 3\-4 years of experience as a Back Office Executive.
• IndiaMART lead handling experience (preferred) / Willingness to learn
• Good knowledge of Quotation Preparation and Reporting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.

• *Preferred Candidate:**

• Candidates from Engineering / Manufacturing / Trading industry will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners and Local candidates preferred.
