We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Account Executive to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations and support financial processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounts receivable management, invoicing, reconciliation, and accounting software.**Key Responsibilities:**
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
Handle Credit Note preparation, verification, and management.
Monitor Bills Receivable and maintain related records.
Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis.
Maintain financial records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Work extensively with Zoho Books for accounting and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
Verify, record, and reconcile customer payments and receipts.
Coordinate with internal departments and customers regarding billing and payment\-related matters.
Perform other accounting and finance\-related duties as assigned.
*Required Skills \& Qualifications:**
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in Accounts Receivable and Billing processes.
Proficiency in Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Credit Notes, Invoicing, Bank Reconciliation, and Bills Receivable.
