Account Executive

• *Job Title: Accounts Executive**

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, maintaining financial records, assisting in banking documentation, and supporting reconciliation activities. The role also includes assisting with MIS reporting and coordinating with internal teams for data management.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Process invoices into the Tally system and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of vendor payment files.
• Maintain an inward register in Excel for papers, vouchers, bills, and other documents on a daily basis.
• Assist in banking\-related documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Book payment and collection entries in Tally.
• Prepare letters for inward transactions and repayments.
• Conduct intercompany balance reconciliation.
• Assist the General Ledger (GL) team in monthly MIS reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and management.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by senior management.

• *Requirements:**

• Graduate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting concepts.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Knowledge of Tally operations is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

• *Preferred Skills:**

• Experience in handling accounting documentation and reconciliations.
• Prior experience in accounts payable/receivable functions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
