Job Description
- Record and maintain accurate **bank entries** in accounting software.
- Perform **bank reconciliations** regularly to match bank statements with books of accounts.
- Import accounting data from **Excel to Tally** and manage voucher entries efficiently.
- Drag, upload, and track accounting files in **Tally ERP**.
- Use **MS Excel** for accounting and reporting purposes, including:
- VLOOKUP for data matching and reconciliation
- Pivot Tables for analysis and summary reports
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and reconciliation schedules using Excel.
- Maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents in Tally.
- Assist in month\-end closing and routine accounting activities.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting procedures.
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP**
- Strong knowledge of **MS Excel (VLOOKUP \& Pivot Tables)**
- Experience in **bank accounting and bank reconciliation**
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
