Job Description: Accountant – Oracle NetSuite

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with at least 5 years of accounting experience and hands\-on expertise in Oracle NetSuite ERP. The candidate will be responsible for managing day\-to\-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, GST compliance, and month\-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Work extensively with Oracle NetSuite for financial transactions, reporting, and accounting processes.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable tax compliance and reconciliations.
• Handle month\-end and year\-end closing activities.
• Monitor invoices, payments, expenses, and vendor/customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and reporting through NetSuite.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong hands\-on experience with **Oracle NetSuite ERP**.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
• Experience with general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and time\-management skills.

Important Requirements

• Must be available to join immediately.
• Must be comfortable working remotely from **4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST**.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
