Account Manager

• *Core Responsibilities**

• **Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A):** Prepare budgets, cash flow projections, financial forecasts, and long\-term business plans. \[1, 2]
• **Reporting \& Accounting Oversight:** Oversee P\&L statements, balance sheets, day\-to\-day accounting functions (payables, receivables, payroll), and month/year\-end closes. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Compliance \& Auditing:** Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (such as GAAP), while managing relationships with external auditors. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Risk \& Investment Management:** Monitor financial risks, evaluate investment opportunities, and manage capital allocation. \[1, 2, 3]
• **Team Leadership:** Supervise, mentor, and coordinate the finance and accounting team while advising senior leadership or the CFO

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹59,000\.00 per month
