Account Manager

As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who can own client relationships, ensure seamless project execution, and act as the bridge between clients and our internal creative teams.

• *Role Overview:** We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and client\-focused professional who can effectively manage client relationships while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple projects, communicating with stakeholders, leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, and adapting to evolving business requirements in a fast\-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

1\. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.

2\. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.

3\. Understand client objectives and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.

4\. Coordinate with design, content, production, marketing, and other cross\-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.

5\. Schedule and lead client meetings, capture feedback, and communicate updates effectively. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met. Resolve client queries and escalations in a professional and timely manner.

6\. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Share campaign updates, reports, insights, and performance summaries with clients. Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through additional services, campaigns, or strategic initiatives.

7\. Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, project status, and action items. Effectively use AI\-powered tools and platforms across communication, project management, documentation, research, content creation, analysis, reporting, and workflow automation to improve efficiency and productivity.

Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve client experience. **Additional Expectations** :Responsibilities are indicative and not exhaustive.
