We are looking for an Account Owner to manage and grow a portfolio of D2C brand accounts. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, driving business outcomes, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring alignment between client goals and internal teams.
This is not a campaign execution or project management role. Your focus will be on client growth, account expansion, and business impact. **What You Will Do*** + Own client relationships and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
+ Build account growth plans and identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities.
+ Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present business insights to stakeholders.
+ Track key business metrics such as Revenue, ROAS, Conversion Rate, Retention, and AOV.
+ Translate client goals into clear outcome\-focused briefs for internal teams.
+ Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to drive successful outcomes.
+ Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and growth initiatives across accounts.
+ Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.
+ Experience managing multiple D2C brand accounts.
+ Strong understanding of Shopify, Performance Marketing, CRO, Retention, and eCommerce growth metrics.
+ Experience presenting business reviews and growth strategies to senior stakeholders.
+ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
+ Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
