About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and result\-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to lead the company's accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, audit, and financial control functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, income tax, finalization of accounts, balance sheet preparation, and financial analysis, along with proven experience in managing an accounts team.

Key Responsibilities1\. Accounting \& Financial Management

• Oversee day\-to\-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Prepare and review trial balances, profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

2\. GST \& Taxation

• Oversee GST compliance, including GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B, GSTR\-9, and annual return reconciliation, as applicable.
• Review GST input tax credit (ITC), reconcile GSTR\-2B with purchase records, and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage TDS/TCS compliance, returns, payments, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate income tax assessments, tax audits, and other statutory requirements.
• Monitor changes in taxation laws and ensure timely compliance.

3\. Finalization of Accounts \& Audit

• Lead the preparation and finalization of annual accounts and financial statements.
• Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and GST audits, as applicable.
• Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and reconciliations.
• Address audit observations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure accurate reporting in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

4\. Financial Planning \& Analysis

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow statements, and financial MIS reports.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, working capital, and cost variances.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor receivables, payables, cash balances, and fund utilization.
• Support management in strategic financial decision\-making.

5\. Banking \& Working Capital Management

• Manage banking operations, fund transfers, bank reconciliations, and payment planning.
• Coordinate with banks for working capital facilities, CC/OD limits, loans, and bank guarantees.
• Monitor interest costs, loan repayments, and banking documentation.
• Support treasury operations and optimize working capital requirements.

6\. Accounts Payable \& Receivable

• Supervise vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.
• Monitor ageing reports and ensure timely follow\-up on overdue receivables.
• Review vendor reconciliations, customer ledgers, and debit/credit notes.
• Establish effective financial controls to minimize errors and payment delays.

Pay: ₹55,000\.00 \- ₹66,000\.00 per month
