Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to manage day\-to\-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, maintain computer systems and networks, and ensure the smooth functioning of the company's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• *1\. Desktop \& Hardware Support**

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Provide technical support for Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Handle system upgrades, software installations, and routine maintenance.

• *2\. Network \& Internet Support**

• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi\-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, and network devices.
• Support network connectivity across office and manufacturing locations.
• Coordinate with internet service providers for network\-related issues.

• *3\. IT Infrastructure \& User Support**

• Create and manage user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
• Provide support for Outlook, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.
• Maintain IT assets, inventory records, and software licences.
• Ensure timely resolution of employee IT support requests.

• *4\. Server \& Data Backup Support**

• Assist with server maintenance, file sharing, and access management.
• Monitor data backup processes and support data recovery when required.
• Implement basic IT security measures, antivirus updates, and system patches.
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow company IT policies.

• *5\. IT Security \& Troubleshooting**

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, and network issues.
• Ensure systems are protected with antivirus and security updates.
• Support password resets, access control, and endpoint security.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT personnel or external vendors.

• *6\. Documentation \& Reporting**

• Maintain records of IT assets, hardware allocation, and repairs.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare reports on IT support activities and pending issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases, repairs, and maintenance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
• Hands\-on experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches.
• Experience with printers, scanners, email configuration, and user account management.
• Knowledge of antivirus, endpoint security, data backup, and IT asset management.
• Good communication, problem\-solving, and time\-management skills.

Pay: ₹26,500\.00 \- ₹37,000\.00 per month
