• *Key Responsibilities:**

* **Financial Management**

• Oversee day\-to\-day financial operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit \& loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• **Budgeting \& Forecasting**:
• Develop, manage, and track budgets for interior projects.
• Provide financial forecasts to aid in project planning and resource allocation.
• **Cost Management**:
• Monitor project expenses and ensure alignment with the approved budget.
• Analyze cost reports and make recommendations for optimizing financial efficiency.
• **Tax Compliance \& Auditing**:
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other tax\-related returns.
• Assist with audits, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• **Vendor \& Client Liaison**:
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payments, project cost tracking, and maintaining transparent financial relationships.

Key Requirements

• **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA or equivalent preferred).
• **Experience**: Minimum 5\-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
• **Skills**:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Excellent organizational and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred

• Prior experience in handling finances for interior design or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project\-based financial management, vendor relations, and cost control.
