Business Development Executive – B2B Sales

Join one of India's growing kiosk and automation solution manufacturers and help drive nationwide sales of innovative self\-service and digital transformation products.

• *Experience in B2B Industrial Sales, Automation, IT Hardware, Kiosks, Digital Signage, or Technology Products will be preferred.**

• *Job Responsibilities**

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and referrals.
• Identify and develop new customers for kiosks, automation solutions, and technology products.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop channel partners, dealers, and system integrator networks.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
• Travel across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, and other states as required.

• *Requirements**

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Industrial Products, IT Hardware, Automation Solutions, or Technology Products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals.
• Self\-motivated and result\-oriented.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Valid driving license preferred.
• Engineering, Diploma, BBA, MBA, or any relevant degree.

• *Compensation**

Fixed Salary**:** ₹25,000 per month

• *Performance Incentives:**

• Below 75% Target Achievement – No Incentive
• 75%–99% Target Achievement – Incentive Applicable
• 100% \& Above Target Achievement – Attractive Performance Incentives
