Job Overview

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and responsible Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer payments, monitor outstanding invoices, and ensure timely collections. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment follow\-ups.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments through calls and emails.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and collection activities.
• Prepare accounts receivable ageing reports and collection updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment\-related queries.
• Ensure timely recording and allocation of received payments.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and follow\-up skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with international clients or overseas accounts.
• Knowledge of ERP/accounting tools such as SAP, Tally, or QuickBooks.
