HR Executive

• *Job Title: HR Executive (Generalist)**

BJS Home Delivery is a young, independently owned, two\-man home delivery business, ambitious to improve the quality of its services at every opportunity. Working with recognized online brands, we specialize in delivering bulky, high\-value purchases such as furniture, electronics, beds, and white goods to homeowners, most of which are purchased via retailers’ websites.

• *Responsibilities of the Role**

· Supervise payroll and check monthly variance and ensure all compliances are duly followed.

· Handling employee grievances and counselling.

· Managing company image on social media ensuring we are branding even in the recruitment process, and employee onboarding.

· Helping leadership in drawing out succession plans.

· Conducting regular Audits of HR processes and databases with the help of an external agency.

· Preparing efficiency metrics for the HR department.

· Conducting mid\-year reviews and year\-end appraisals across departments.

· Keeping databases for employees, vendors, insurance, training and appraisals.

· Conducting employee engagement activities regularly. Opportunities for employees.

• *Requirements**

· At least 2 years of experience in human resources

· Prior experience as an HR Generalist or in a related position.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and congeniality.

· Thorough knowledge of employment\-related laws and regulations.

· Prociency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent

• *Shift Time: 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST**

• *Days of work: 5\.5 Days (alternate Saturdays working)**

• *Holidays: Only UK Bank Holidays**

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹38,000\.00 per month
