• *Requisites:**

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply (Junior Accountant role).
• Proficiency in **Tally Prime / Tally ERP**
• Knowledge of **MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)**
• Knowledge of **GST, TDS, Income Tax**
• Financial statement preparation
• Bank reconciliation
• Invoice processing
• Budgeting and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP software is an added advantage

• *Responsibilities:**

• Maintain day\-to\-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
• Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payment transactions.
• Prepare and maintain cash book, bank book, journal, and ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Process vendor payments and customer invoices.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare and file tax returns in coordination with tax consultants.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documents.
• Monitor company expenses and identify cost\-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare MIS reports and present financial information to management.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and records.
