• **5–8 years** of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, PMS, HR operations, and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently
