Accountant

• *Role Overview**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and skilled Accountant to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should have hands\-on experience in Tally and be proficient in preparing financial statements and statutory filings.

• *Key Responsibilities1\. Accounting \& Bookkeeping**

• Record day\-to\-day financial transactions in **Tally ERP** accurately and timely
• Maintain general ledger, purchase and sales registers
• Ensure proper documentation and record\-keeping of all financial transactions

• *2\. Financial Statements**

• Prepare **Balance Sheet, Profit \& Loss Account**, and other financial reports
• Assist in month\-end and year\-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

• *3\. Bank Reconciliation**

• Perform **Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS)** regularly
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records

• *4\. GST Compliance**

• Prepare and file **GST returns (GSTR\-1, GSTR\-3B, etc.)**
• Reconcile GST data with books of accounts
• Keep track of GST compliance and updates

• *5\. TDS Compliance**

• Deduct, deposit, and file **TDS returns**
• Maintain proper records for TDS transactions
• Issue TDS certificates (Form 16/16A)

• *6\. Income Tax**

• Assist in preparation and filing of **Income Tax Returns (ITR)**
• Support tax audits and compliance requirements

• *7\. Other Responsibilities**

• Assist in statutory audits and internal audits
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

• *Required Skills \& QualificationsEducational Qualification**

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance
• CA Inter / Semi\-qualified (Preferred but not mandatory)

• *Technical Skills**

• Strong working knowledge of **Tally ERP**
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws
• Proficiency in **MS Excel**

• *Soft Skills**

• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination abilities

• *Preferred Requirements**

• Experience in handling end\-to\-end accounting independently
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and audits
• Ability to work under deadlines

• Accurate and timely accounting entries
• Error\-free statutory filings (GST, TDS, ITR)
• Properly reconciled bank and financial statements

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
