GST RETURNS \- FILINGS \- Ledgers \- Credit Accounts \-Compliances Audits \- Tax Audits support \- Balance sheet mock preparations
Quotations \- PO's Preparations \-Promptly send quotations to clients and closely follow up on all quotations sent out.
Supporting and working closely with Operations ' and Office Asst;s for Delivery Notes \-Invoicing \- Delivery or Material Dispatch\- Documentation.
Close follow\-ups in maintaining receivables from credit accounts within agreed terms and follow\-ups on the payments.
Coordination with customers, clients\- responding on emails.
Familiar with basic accounting system/ Tally. Prime
HSN Coding Systems \- proper classification of goods.
IGST: Familiarity with Customs Duty (CD) and Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) for accurate financial planning and compliance.
EXIM Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain all necessary export and import documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements.
Prepare weekly sales reports and purchase reports and enter details of into MIS information systems / Reports.
MS Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word and PowerPoint, to create reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
Education **UG:** Any Graduate **PG:** Any Postgraduate
A right candidate should have 2\-4 years of experience preferably in as accountant and in the shipping\- logistics\- marine\- industry. Someone with similar work experience in a shipping / maritime background will be preferred.
Having excellent/complete knowledge of documentation and basic accounting experience and knowledge.
Having good communication skills\- Fluent / Able to speak English \- Hindi \- Telugu.
Having good working skills on computer. Knowledge or skills on Digital marketing, B2B leads.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
