*Position Overview:**
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Accounts \& Finance professional to manage the end\-to\-end accounting, finance, budgeting, and banking operations of the **Group including co\-ordination with investee companies**. The role will cover handling day\-to\-day financial transactions, ensuring compliance, maintaining banking relationships, preparing budgets, and generating MIS reports, maintaining Dashboards for management and partners.
*Key Responsibilities**
**Accounting \& Bookkeeping**
Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly financial statements and ledgers.
Manage accounts receivable and payable, vendor invoices, and reconciliation.
**Banking \& Transactions**
Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Handle day\-to\-day banking operations, fund transfers, and payments.
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and Chartered Accountant (CA).
Oversee and monitor all financial transactions of the Group and investee companies.
Ensure timely processing of partner payouts and vendor payments.
**Finance Operations, MIS \& Budgeting**
Prepare and present monthly MIS reports for the Group and investee companies.
Consolidate and analyze financial data to support business decisions.
· Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a liaison between group management and investee companies on all finance\-related matters.
Provide financial insights to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
**Relationship Management**
Maintain effective relationships with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.
*Qualifications \& Skills**
**C**A / CA Inter or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
2\+ years of relevant experience in accounts, finance, and budgeting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, and budgeting.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to manage banking, vendor, and partner relationships.
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
