*1\. Job Purpose**

To manage the day\-to\-day financial operations of the Ayurvedic College and Hospital — banking, student fee records, and vendor/site payments — ensuring accurate books, timely payments, and proper financial control across both institutional and ongoing hospital construction activity.

*2\. Key Responsibility Areas**

Banking \& Fund Management*

Manage daily banking operations — deposits, withdrawals, NEFT/RTGS/online transfers, and cheque issuance.
Perform regular bank reconciliation across all accounts.
Maintain accurate cash and bank books in Tally; track daily fund position.
Flag fund requirements and coordinate transfers with management.

Student \& Fee Records*

Maintain student fee records — collections, receipts, and outstanding ledgers.
Reconcile fee data and generate periodic dues reports.
Maintain scholarship, concession, and refund records.

Vendor \& Site Payments*

Process vendor and supplier payments across college, hospital, and construction site.
Verify contractor and site bills against work completed and approved estimates.
Maintain purchase entries, advances, retention, and payment schedules.
Track material purchases and site expenses for the ongoing hospital project.

Accounting \& Compliance*

Maintain books of accounts and supporting documentation.
Support GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and statutory filings within deadlines.
Manage petty cash and expense vouchers.
Maintain trust accounts and support 12A / 80G and audit requirements.
Coordinate with auditors and assist in preparing financial statements.
Generate monthly MIS and financial reports for management.

*3\. Key Performance Indicators**

Accuracy and timeliness of daily banking and reconciliation.
Zero unverified or unsupported site/vendor payments.
Up\-to\-date fee ledgers and dues reporting.
100% statutory compliance with zero penalties.
Timely month\-end closing and MIS submission.

*4\. Qualifications \& Experience**

B.Com / M.Com; CA\-Inter an advantage.
3–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in an institution, hospital, or with construction/site payments.
Strong working knowledge of Tally, GST, and TDS.
Proficiency in MS Excel and bank\-portal operations.
