To manage the complete human\-resource function of the BES campus — recruitment, records, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance — ensuring the institution is fully staffed, audit\-ready, and operating with a healthy work culture.
- *2\. Key Responsibility Areas**
- Recruitment \& Onboarding*
- Source candidates through Indeed, Apna, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Screen applications, schedule and coordinate interviews, and maintain the candidate tracker.
- Issue offer and appointment letters; complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Run structured induction for new staff.
- Maintain employee master files (personal, academic, and statutory documents).
- Manage biometric attendance, leave records, and monthly attendance summaries.
- Track probation, confirmation, and contract\-renewal dates.
- Payroll \& Benefits Coordination*
- Compile monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, deductions) and share with Accounts.
- Maintain salary structures and assist with increment and appraisal cycles.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and Shops \& Establishments / labour\-law obligations.
- Keep staff documentation inspection\-ready for regulatory and accreditation bodies (PCI / DTE / university, as applicable).
- Maintain registers and returns as required by law.
- Employee Relations \& Administration*
- Implement HR policies and the institutional leave policy consistently.
- Handle staff queries and grievances; escalate as needed.
- Support disciplinary processes and exit formalities.
- Generate periodic HR reports (headcount, attrition, vacancies) for management.
- *3\. Key Performance Indicators**
- Time\-to\-fill for open positions.
- Accuracy and timeliness of payroll inputs.
- 100% statutory compliance with zero penalties.
- Inspection / audit readiness of all staff records.
- Staff retention and grievance\-resolution turnaround.
- *4\. Qualifications \& Experience**
- Graduate / Postgraduate; MBA\-HR or MPM preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally in an educational or healthcare institution.
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory filings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR / attendance software.
- Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Strong organizational and documentation discipline.
- Discretion with confidential information.
- Approachable manner with the ability to enforce policy firmly
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
