We are seeking a skilled and experienced **Accounts Manager** to handle all accounting and bookkeeping tasks at our shop. This position is open to **candidates only** who have strong expertise in **Tally** and **Excel**. The role involves managing daily accounts, preparing financial reports, and ensuring all financial records are accurate and up\-to\-date.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Maintain daily accounts and financial transactions using Tally software.
• Prepare and update financial reports, ledgers, and balance sheets.
• Reconcile accounts and manage cash flow.
• Handle GST filings, invoices, and taxation\-related tasks.
• Manage stock accounting and inventory records.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Address accounting discrepancies and resolve financial issues.

• *Requirements:**

• **Master's Degree in Commerce (M.Com), Finance, Accounting, MBA (Finance), or related field is mandatory.**
• Minimum **5\+ years of accounting experience** in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of **Tally Prime, Advanced Excel, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.**
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Experience in inventory accounting and wholesale/FMCG business accounting will be an added advantage.
