Accountant

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the organization’s financial health. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and company policies
• Support audits by providing required documentation and reports
• Monitor expenses and recommend cost\-saving measures

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with tax preparation and compliance
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• GST return, ITR Return , TDS Return This kind of Knowledge and practical exposure is mandatory
