Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **E\-commerce Executive** to support our online business operations across various marketplaces. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to build a career in e\-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on e\-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website.
• Update product information, pricing, descriptions, and images.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse for timely dispatch.
• Monitor inventory and report stock shortages.
• Handle order tracking, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
• Assist in running promotional campaigns and marketplace offers.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare basic sales and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for product creatives.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and company standards.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of e\-commerce marketplaces.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: ₹12,777\.24 \- ₹21,935\.48 per month
