Job Description: Accounts Manager
Experience\- 2\+ Years
Salary Range: ₹30,000 per month working Days\- 6 days
We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Accounts Manager with a minimum of 2 years of hands\-on experience in accounting and financial management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in handling day\-to\-day accounting operations, compliance, and financial reporting, along with practical working knowledge of Busy accounting software.
- Manage complete accounting operations including billing, receivables, payables, and general ledger
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure proper documentation for audits
- Monitor expenses and suggest cost\-control measures
- Maintain inventory records and stock reconciliation (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Minimum 2years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Strong knowledge of Busy accounting software (2–4 years hands\-on experience required)
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
