Job Description

Responsibilities
- Daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Managing sales, purchase, and expense records
- GST filing and tax compliance support
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow management
- Vendor and customer ledger maintenance
- Preparing invoices, E\-way bills, and payment follow\-ups
- Managing inward and outward stock records
Generating financial reports and MIS reports
Coordinating with CA for audits and complianceMaintaining accurate records in Tally/Busy/Accounting SoftwareRequirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 1\-3 years of accounting experience
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience in E\-commerce, Retail, or Distribution Industry
- Knowledge of inventory and stock management
