Accountant

Here we craft vector cutfile templates, PSD Mockups and other design oriented services. We are looking for a professional who can help us maintain the financial health and compliance of our company.

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled **Accountant** with 2\-3 years of hands\-on experience in accounting to join our growing finance team.

• You will be responsible for overseeing various accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliation, reporting, and support accounting Book\- keeping. If you have a strong attention to detail and are passionate about working in a fast\-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.*

• *Requirements:**

• *Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Accountant and proven experience in preparing financial statements, accounts management \& reconciliation is required.

• *Education:** B.Com., M.Com., MBA Finance.

• *Technical Skills:**

• Proficiency in accounting software of ZOHO Books and Google workspace.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
• Strong working knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *Accounts Payable \& Receivable Management:**

• Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Review accounts invoices and payment requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

• *Bank Reconciliations:**

• Perform regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in the books of Accounts.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between bank statements and accounting records.

• *Month\-End \& Year\-End Closing:**

• Support the month\-end and year\-end closing processes by ensuring all accounts transactions are recorded and financial statements are accurate.
• Assist in preparing year\-end closing entries of accounting.
• Review general ledger accounts and ensure appropriate account balances are recorded.

• *Tax Compliance \& Filing:**

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, assist with tax filing, and prepare documents required for tax purposes.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

• *Collaboration \& Cross\-Department Support:**

• Work closely with other departments to resolve financial queries and issues.
• Provide support to other team members during audits or other financial reviews.
