Job Summary

We are seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, bookkeeping, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day\-to\-day accounting transactions and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Process payroll and maintain employee salary records.
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit processes.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and financial statements.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience

• 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience.

Salary

• ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

• Kottayam, Kerala (Kottayam): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
