We are looking for a detail\-oriented **Accounts \& Admin Executive** with 1–2 years of experience to support our day\-to\-day accounting and administrative operations.
Office timimngs: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
*Qualifications:**
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant field
1–2 years of experience in Accounts and Administration
*Key Responsibilities:**
Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally
Prepare and manage invoices, vouchers, and expense records
Handle petty cash and maintain related records
Assist in bank reconciliations and payment follow\-ups
Maintain financial and administrative documents
Support billing, purchase, and vendor coordination activities
Prepare basic accounting and administrative reports
Manage office records, files, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for administrative requirements
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks
*Skills Required:**
Strong accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good record\-keeping and documentation skills
Basic understanding of GST and taxation concepts
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and email communication
