Accounts and Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Management

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations.
• Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records.
• Verify and approve journal entries, invoices, and payments.
• Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations.

Financial Management

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance and provide management reports.
• Ensure effective cost control and profitability analysis.

Taxation \& Compliance

• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Maintain compliance with applicable financial regulations and company policies.

Payroll \& MIS

• Supervise payroll processing and salary disbursement.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
• Monitor financial KPIs and recommend improvements.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team.
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
• Ensure smooth coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
• 8–10\+ years of experience in Accounts \& Finance.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial compliance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• 1\-3 years of experience in Team handling and Manager role.
