· Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
· Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
· Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
o month and end\-year process
o accounts payable/receivable
o general ledger
o payroll and utilities
o budgeting
o cashflow forecasting
o revenue and expenditure variance analysis
o capital assets reconciliations
o check runs
o fixed asset activity
· Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
· Coordinate and complete annual audits
· Managing key client relationships, communicating with clients, and ensuring high\-quality communication
· Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
· Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
· Meet financial accounting objectives
· Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
· Prepare MIS reports as requested
· Timely and prompt payment of all statutory contributions, contractor payments, vendor payments
· Preparing and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
· Monitor and resolve bank issues.
· Account/bank reconciliations
· Work on implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
· Manage year\-end closings (Finalization)
· Assist with tax audits and tax returns
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS \& EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting or finance
· Minimum 5\-10 Years’ experience in accounting / finance
· Experience with financial reporting requirements
· Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager
· Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases, Proficiency in Tally ERP, Knowledge of Income Tax, GST and TDS would be an added advantage.
· Knowledge of financial reporting
· Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
· Ability to direct and supervise
Pay: ₹65,000\.00 \- ₹70,000\.00 per month
