Accounts Assistant

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive with 1–2 years of experience in accounting and taxation. The candidate should have practical knowledge of TDS challans, GST return filing, tax filing, invoice generation, and day\-to\-day accounting activities.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate and manage customer invoices and purchase entries.
• Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within deadlines.
• Handle TDS calculations, challan preparation, and payment processing.
• Assist in income tax filing and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliation and vendor/customer account reconciliation.
• Coordinate with CA/auditors for financial and tax\-related documentation.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support daily accounting operations and reporting activities.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
• Knowledge of:
• TDS challan preparation
• GST return filing
• Tax filing procedures
• Invoice generation
• Basic accounting principles
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Busy, or ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
