We are looking for a professional and friendly **Receptionist** to manage front desk operations and create a positive first impression for visitors and clients

Key Responsibilities

Manage reception area and welcome visitors.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Maintain visitor records and meeting schedules.
Coordinate office supplies and administrative tasks.
Support HR and management with day\-to\-day office operations.

Maintain office files, documents, and records

**0–2 years of experience** as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or similar role.
Graduate can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Well\-groomed, presentable, and customer\-oriented personality
