Accounts Assistant

Job Summary

The Payment Follow\-up Executive is responsible for monitoring outstanding payments, following up with customers for pending dues, maintaining payment records, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely collection of payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and overdue payments.
• Communicate through calls, emails, and WhatsApp for payment reminders.
• Maintain records of payment commitments and follow\-up status.
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales teams for payment\-related issues.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly outstanding reports.
• Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy.
• Escalate long\-pending cases to management.
• Update customer payment records in ERP/accounting software.
• Maintain proper documentation of all payment communications.

Key Skills

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Strong follow\-up and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and record\-keeping.

Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in payment collection, accounts receivable, or customer follow\-up.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
