Job Description

*Sydney Doctor Performance Clinic, Kasba, Kolkata**

We are a doctor\-led startup healthcare organisation seeking a high\-energy Accounts cum Operations Executive to support the day\-to\-day administration and growth of our clinic.

*Responsibilities:**

Accounts and basic bookkeeping
Vendor and inventory coordination
Billing and payment follow\-up
Banking and administrative tasks
Liaison with CA and statutory compliance support
General operational support and problem\-solving
Assisting management with startup activities

Minimum 10–12 years' relevant experience
Working knowledge of Tally, GST and MS Office
**High\-energy, proactive and solution\-oriented personality**
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Startup mindset with willingness to take ownership and handle diverse responsibilities
