Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Finance Executive / Accounts Executive** with strong hands\-on experience in **Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR)** operations.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in vendor accounting, customer accounting, invoice processing, reconciliations, payment processing and accounting transactions using SAP.

Candidates with experience in the manufacturing, engineering or industrial sector will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• *Accounts Payable (AP):**

• Process and verify vendor invoices in SAP.
• Perform Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GRN) and invoice matching.
• Handle vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Assist in vendor payment processing and outstanding payment tracking.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records.

• *Accounts Receivable (AR):**

• Manage customer invoicing, billing and receipt accounting.
• Perform customer ledger reconciliation.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
• Track customer payments and resolve billing\-related discrepancies.
• Prepare accounts receivable ageing reports.

• *General Accounting \& Finance:**

• Pass journal entries, provisions and accruals.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist with GST and TDS workings and statutory compliance.
• Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
• Assist with audit documentation and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Required Skills \& Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in Finance and Accounts.
• **Strong hands\-on experience in either Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory.**
• Hands\-on SAP experience is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience in invoice processing, ledger reconciliation and payment/receipt accounting.
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good command of MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• B.Com / M.Com qualification; CA Inter / CMA Inter candidates preferred.
• Manufacturing / Engineering industry experience will be an added advantage.
