Accounts Executive (CA Articleship Experience)

We are looking for a hands\-on individual contributor to handle statutory compliance, accounts, payroll and banking for our organisation, and to support management with financial analysis and documentation.

• *Who we are looking**

• Candidates with Commerce Background with Strong Academics(, completed CA articleship are preferred).
• Candidate with Good knowledge of Tally, Excel and GST.
• Handson and execution focused\- takes ownership and gets work done independently.
• Works quickly while staying accurate, with strong attention to detail.
• Works in a structured, efficient way and solves problems logically.
• Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities.

• *Key responsibilities**

• Assist in preparing and filing GST and TDS returns.
• Support EPF, ESIC and LWF filings and payments.
• Pass Tally entries, vouch transactions and help with bank reconciliation.
• Assist in monthly salary processing and employee claims.
• Process payments and check bank balances under supervision.
• Help with SOFTEX/SERF and other monthly filings.
• Maintain compliance trackers, work checklists and shared drive folders.
• Prepare documents for signing, scanning and filing.
• ROC/MCA filings and company secretarial work
• Internal audit and consolidation of accounts
• Financial projections and valuations
• Drafting agreements and startup registrations.

Required Freshers (0\-1 yr Experience)

• *Salary Package\- 3 to 5\.5 LPA**

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹550,000\.00 per year
