Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, finance operations, and finalization of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day\-to\-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Manage GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Deduct and file TDS as per statutory requirements.
• Prepare final accounts, balance sheets, P\&L statements, and MIS reports.
• Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and financial regulations.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of:
• GST
• TDS
• Final Accounts
• Financial Reporting
• Bank Reconciliation
• Accounting Standards
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
