About the Role

Chat Sense is looking for enthusiastic Telecallers / Customer Success Executives to engage with leads generated through marketing campaigns, conduct product demonstrations, provide onboarding assistance, and deliver customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact leads generated from digital marketing campaigns.
• Understand customer requirements and explain Chat Sense CRM Suite features.
• Schedule and conduct product demos.
• Assist customers with onboarding and account setup.
• Provide training on CRM, WhatsApp Automation, and Cloud Telephony features.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM.
• Coordinate with technical and support teams for issue resolution.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in telecalling, customer support, software sales, CRM, insurance, or loan industry.
• Ability to conduct online product demonstrations.
• Strong follow\-up and relationship\-building skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
