Job Summary

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day\-to\-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record\-keeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, statutory compliance support, and financial reporting while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate accounting records and day\-to\-day bookkeeping.
Process purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
Prepare and manage invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and payment follow\-ups.
Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Verify and process employee reimbursements and expense claims.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
Generate MIS reports and provide financial data for management review.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
Experience with accounting software such as TallyPrime, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
